Administer cellular therapies according to established protocols and patient-specific treatment plans.
Monitor patient responses to treatments, and adjust care plans as necessary in coordination with the healthcare team.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards related to cellular therapy and acute care.
Participate in ongoing research and clinical trials to advance the field of cellular therapy.
Maintain detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes, contributing to the continuous improvement of therapy protocols.
Strong clinical skills in acute care settings
Proficiency in administering specialized cellular treatments
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff
Detailed knowledge of cellular therapy procedures and regulations
