The Director of Stem Cell Operations will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance, prepare and manage financial performance, and foster a supportive and collaborative environment. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree Required * Master's Degree preferred * 10 year related experience preferred * Qualified candidates will have 5+ years progressive management experience in Oncology, Stem Cell Transplant, CAR T-cell Therapy, Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) or related * Experience with FACT Accreditation * Prefer an RN, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Certified Clinical Transplant Nurse (CCTN) Interested in hearing more?
